Shepperton Reports News Posted by John Hoare on 15th September 2003, 08:35 Sorry we missed telling you about on the first one, but we thought you might be interested that Nicki Chapman is doing reports from Shepperton Studios on BBC Breakfast all this week, from between 8:30-9:15am. The Red Dwarf connection here of course is that the show was shot there for Series IV-VIII (the previous three series being shot at BBC Manchester). Unfortunately, the movie is not likely to shoot there, due to studios not being avaliable, but it’s where GNP’s current offices are situated; indeed, it’s where production of the DVDs is taking place. Don’t expect to see any of this on Breakfast of course – they’re too busy with major movie stars, the fools – but it’s nice to have a peek behind-the-scenes at somewhere so important to Red Dwarf, anyway.
