Disc Two Menu Problems? News Posted by Ian Symes on 5th November 2003, 18:16 A number have people have reported problems with the bonus material menu on Disc Two of the Series III DVD. Either the menu resets each time the arrow moves, or the arrow just fails to move at all. In response to this, Associate Producer Andrew Ellard has requested those affected report their problems, on this thread of the WebBoard. (You’ll need to log in to read the thread.) They need to know the make of your player, the model number and the nature of your problem. The BBC are currently investigating, and updates will be posted on the official site. Everyone experiencing these problems should report them, so that they don’t happen again. Registering for the WebBoard is free, and takes about a minute of your time. Go on, chaps.
