Colony II – bollocks?

OK, folks. This is weird. As regular “fans” of the site will be aware, I went down to Nodnol this weekend, for Rob Grant’s book signing at Forbidden Planet. Well, another attendee, Swarj from BTLi, asked Rob about Colony II. Rob is quoted as saying that he’d heard rumours about it, but had “no plans” to write a sequel.

This is a very odd thing indeed. The book is listed at Amazon, with a release date, ISBN and even a page count! But the writer himself has denied its very existance. What the ruddy bloody hell is going on?
