M-Corp teased News Posted by Jonathan Capps on 1st November 2017, 10:08 I like these little preview clips of the up-coming UKTV Play episode. For one or two glorious minutes I can see what it might be like to watch the episode for the first time without it being a muddy, low resolution, low bitrate mess. Ah, the future. We’re all pretty familiar with the basic premise of this week’s episode and this clip seems to set that up. There’s some good laughs in there, and this is definitely one of the episodes I’ve been most looking forward to this year. We’ll be kicking off our M-Corp chitter-chatter proper tomorrow, just as soon as Mechocracy has appeared on that fusty, old, linear platform known as ‘television’. Speaking of which my review is due up later today, stretching any goodwill you or my colleagues may still have left towards me to its limits.
First time I have watched one of these preview clips and I enjoyed it, but having not gone to any recordings I am still non the wiser if M-Corp is Megacorps.
Best clip so far. But I’m a sucker for a vibrator joke. Please note that I said I am a sucker for a vibrator joke, not that I suck vibrators. There is no comedy to be had in the above sentence.
Also, everyone’s probably worked this out already, but this accounts for the bit in the opening titles where Cat is spraying Lister with an invisible beer can.

Looks good, but what on earth is going on with Rimmer’s badge in the thumbnail image? It’s like a flat version with all the details removed, and bizarrely enough doesn’t look like that in the actual clip.
Hmm, interesting. Maybe it’s a Hitchiker’s thing and they can’t show it in a thumbnail because of copyright Which would be absurdly stupid, but I can’t think of another explanation
