It’s right here on iPlayer. This is the second episode of the first series. At the same time next week (Thursday, 11pm), they’ve scheduled in an episode from the second series. January 27, 2013 at 8:40 pm #205949 MANI506Participant Thanks for the heads up, I’m listening now in bed with my cat. All cosy like. January 27, 2013 at 9:50 pm #205951 siParticipant We don’t need to know the sordid bedroom details of you and your cat, thanks. January 27, 2013 at 10:09 pm #205952 MANI506Participant There are two cats now ;) January 27, 2013 at 10:22 pm #205953 genericnerdyusernameParticipant NOW things are heating up. January 28, 2013 at 12:51 pm #205960 JonsmadParticipant And one of them has to have sex or they will explode. January 28, 2013 at 1:52 pm #205961 MANI506Participant Jonsmad! I have a very important query for you over on the episode 4 set report thread… January 29, 2013 at 1:56 am #205965 JonsmadParticipant Cool, I havnt had a very important query on a set report since I bummed Elton John during a Wimbledon news bulletin. And that was ages ago. Heading there now, to see if I can help any. January 31, 2013 at 5:12 pm #205994 Taiwan TonyParticipant Wasn’t Son of Cliche available on the download section on this site once? What happened there, then? February 1, 2013 at 11:07 am #206002 Ian SymesKeymaster Not that I recall – Wrinkles and Wally Who, yes, but not Cliche or Son of Cliche. February 1, 2013 at 11:45 am #206003 Jonathan CappsKeymaster I used to have Son of Cliché for download on The White Hole, so that might be what you’re thinking of. That was almost 10 years ago, though (fuck…). February 1, 2013 at 1:06 pm #206005 anniescribeParticipant Aww, it’s no longer available on the site up there. February 1, 2013 at 2:40 pm #206010 Bexley HeathParticipant My thought processes while listening to it: 1) Heh, this is quite funny. 2) Oh. Er, okay. Apparently Chris’s radio-voice does… things… to me. I, um, genuinely wasn’t expecting that. Join the large club fanning ourselves. February 2, 2013 at 1:44 pm #206029 Taiwan TonyParticipant Hmmm. I could have sworn it was on here – around late 2010 time. Unless I saw the Wrinkles / Wally Who archive at a similar time as I borrowed Cliche off a mate and have, sort of, got confused… (oh). It’s a good show though, isn’t it. The Son Of. February 3, 2013 at 2:45 pm #206034 Bexley HeathParticipant Oh, honey. Join the large club fanning ourselves. Oh, absolument. But I’ve been watching RD for about 18 years and I’ve been post-pubescent for at least 13 of those, and I swear nothing like that’s ever happened before… Utterly bloody loved hearing the “I am a fish” sketch this week, though. I already knew of its existence, but the extra bonus elements of time-paradox-style-irony made it delightful. February 3, 2013 at 7:04 pm #206036 clemParticipant > It’s a good show though, isn’t it. The Son Of. Yes I’m enjoying it. First time I’ve heard any apart from the Dave Hollins sketches on the Dwarf DVDs. Loved the clairvoyant stand-up. There’s another episode on this Thursday. February 6, 2013 at 9:54 pm #206108 MANI506Participant I love Captain Invisible and the See Thru Kid! June 30, 2014 at 7:44 pm #210312 clemParticipant Just spotted over on TOS the news that BBC Radio 4 Extra are once again airing episodes of Son of Cliché, Tuesdays at 11.30pm, which is nice of them.
