We just thought we’d give you a little tease that there’s Something In The Offing. Stay tuned… Creator Topic Viewing 50 replies - 1 through 50 (of 59 total) 1 2 Author Replies March 25, 2011 at 6:49 am #111569 Ben PaddonParticipant Oh. Alright then. As an aside, the British version of The Offing is much better than the American one. March 25, 2011 at 7:24 am #111567 redhead85Participant See, that’s because you’re a teasing bastard. March 25, 2011 at 10:39 am #111568 DaveParticipant The Movie: Yeah, No, Yeah, No – ReMastered is coming to DVD? March 25, 2011 at 1:15 pm #111581 CarlitoParticipant Followed by Just The Movie: Yeah, No, Yeah, No? Then The Movie: Yeah, No, Yeah, No: The Original Assembly? Followed by a The Movie: Yeah, No, Yeah, No boxset, containing all of the above in packaging much worse than the original for an equal or greater price? March 25, 2011 at 1:16 pm #111582 CarlitoParticipant Or am I just being fucking preposterous? March 25, 2011 at 1:38 pm #111583 Seb PatrickKeymaster To be fair, if we actually owned the rights to TM:YNYN, that is exactly the sort of thing we’d do. March 25, 2011 at 4:03 pm #111584 JamesTCParticipant A ten part review on Just The Show: Series 1? March 25, 2011 at 6:41 pm #111585 hummingbirdParticipant Some people will do anything for attention. March 25, 2011 at 7:28 pm #111586 Pete Part ThreeParticipant I think it’s a new header jpg. The full text will read “Ganymede & Titan presents Ganymede & Titan”. March 25, 2011 at 8:36 pm #111587 Danny StephensonKeymaster Don’t tempt me, Pete… March 25, 2011 at 8:51 pm #111588 Ben PaddonParticipant Oh, just do it. March 25, 2011 at 9:33 pm #111589 Danny StephensonKeymaster Oh no, i’m not falling for that trick, getting me to show you more of the picture… I’ve got my eye on you… *points at my right and left eyes with my index and middle finger respectively and then points at a relatively close approximation of where your left and right eyes are with the same index and middle finger, respectively* March 26, 2011 at 1:27 am #111590 RidleyParticipant The full text will read “Ganymede & Titan presents Ganymede & Titan”. A Centron Production March 26, 2011 at 7:55 pm #111560 JonsmadParticipant I’ve looked closely at the picture, and I’ve concluded it’s something to do with Red Dwarf. Sorry, I was expecting to get a lot more than that. March 26, 2011 at 8:28 pm #111591 Danny StephensonKeymaster Anything? Yep, this came from G&T, alright… March 26, 2011 at 10:39 pm #111592 Plastic PercyParticipant If it’s a severed head, I’m going to be very upset. March 27, 2011 at 12:29 am #111594 Danny StephensonKeymaster Someone else tell him.. March 27, 2011 at 3:18 am #111571 Ian SymesKeymaster If it’s a severed head, I’m going to be very upset. Ian Symes likes this. March 27, 2011 at 5:30 am #111572 peepingsignalParticipant My guess is that G&T have brought the rights to Red Dwarf and are making the new season, but due to having a budget of a website instead of a TV Series, there is only one set and all the actors are replaced by Skutters. But then the Skutter union goes on strike, so you replace them with non-union Skutters. Unfortuantly, the non-union Skutters break after about seven scenes, so then you scrape the bottom of the barrel and cast Iain Lee. …nah that can’t be it, every skutter’s already in the union. March 27, 2011 at 12:29 pm #111600 DaveParticipant Skutters are far more expensive than actors. March 27, 2011 at 6:16 pm #111601 Jonathan CappsKeymaster But Iain Lee is very cheap. March 27, 2011 at 7:06 pm #111602 AlexParticipant Speaking of him, did anyone hear him talking about the site again here?: http://www.youtube.com/user/DyinCrapshooter#p/u/42/yCsb5X-4W1I March 27, 2011 at 7:51 pm #111603 pfmParticipant So…according to #IainLeeCunt, sci-fi comedy Red Dwarf is neither sci-fi nor comedy…. Clearly he’s only ever seen VIII. March 27, 2011 at 8:01 pm #111604 Jonathan CappsKeymaster > Speaking of him, did anyone hear him talking about the site again here?: No, but I have now! March 27, 2011 at 8:18 pm #111605 JoParticipant He really needs to let it go! I notice that he doesn’t mention to Charlie Brooker that this all kicked off because he decided to search for his own name and the word ‘cunt’. March 27, 2011 at 8:36 pm #111607 Ben PaddonParticipant Iain Lee’s going a bit grey ’round the edges, isn’t he? March 27, 2011 at 8:41 pm #111608 Danny StephensonKeymaster Sounds like he’s given up… March 27, 2011 at 9:32 pm #111611 RidleyParticipant Ian Symes likes this. We all could if it was you. ;) He really needs to let it go! I thought Mr. Patrick and Mr. Lee had settled It in some sort of offsite settlement? March 27, 2011 at 10:11 pm #111612 Danny StephensonKeymaster I don’t think anything was really being instigated again, rather it was relevant to the topic they were discussing. Funny when you know who it is though. March 27, 2011 at 10:58 pm #111614 JoParticipant I’d agree if he wasn’t so detailed about who it was. March 28, 2011 at 6:17 pm #111615 pfmParticipant What a cunt. March 28, 2011 at 10:37 pm #111620 hummingbirdParticipant Ladies, calling Iain Lee a cunt is *so* 2009. March 28, 2011 at 11:34 pm #111621 JoParticipant Nah, it never goes out of style! March 29, 2011 at 8:51 am #111622 Jonathan CappsKeymaster FUN FACT: Iain Lee slightly features in this project (not personally, though, that would be hideous). March 29, 2011 at 10:37 am #111623 DaveParticipant >FUN FACT: Iain Lee slightly features in this project (not personally, though, that would be hideous). And now I’m losing interest. March 29, 2011 at 10:44 am #111624 Jonathan CappsKeymaster His involvement is *very* minimal. And unknown to him. March 29, 2011 at 11:16 am #111625 redhead85Participant > His involvement is *very* minimal. And unknown to him. Not if he googles ‘Iain Lee’ and ‘projects I’m slightly featured in but don’t currently know about’…. March 29, 2011 at 12:02 pm #111626 Jonathan CappsKeymaster Which he almost certainly will. March 29, 2011 at 12:04 pm #111627 hummingbirdParticipant >> FUN FACT: Iain Lee slightly features in this project (not personally, though, that would be hideous). You’re obviously obsessed. I think you have a little crush. March 29, 2011 at 12:05 pm #111628 hummingbirdParticipant >> FUN FACT: Iain Lee slightly features in this project (not personally, though, that would be hideous). You’re obviously obsessed. I think you have a little crush. March 29, 2011 at 4:19 pm #111633 Seb PatrickKeymaster FUN FACT: Checking the site on Friday is probably the best way to find out what this is all about. March 29, 2011 at 7:28 pm #111634 JoParticipant FUN FACT: I already know what this is all about, but I won’t tell you :oP BWAHAHAHA! March 29, 2011 at 8:27 pm #111635 Ben PaddonParticipant FUN FACT: I like turtles. March 29, 2011 at 8:58 pm #111638 Pete Part ThreeParticipant FUN FACT : It’s April Fools Day on Friday. March 30, 2011 at 12:14 am #111645 pfmParticipant It’s probably a relaunch of the Dwarf wiki, or some bollocks of that nature…:P March 30, 2011 at 5:08 am #111595 peepingsignalParticipant In that case, I’m guessing this will be some exciting project, and when we click on the link we get a 404 page with the words “Oh boy, weren’t we suckered.” And then a picture of Iain Lee shows up and laughs at you. Then he gets hit by a rock. March 30, 2011 at 8:45 am #111559 Seb PatrickKeymaster You can all be a right fucking cynical lot sometimes. March 30, 2011 at 4:37 pm #111652 hummingbirdParticipant > You can all be a right fucking cynical lot sometimes. “sometimes” ..? March 30, 2011 at 7:38 pm #111656 Ben PaddonParticipant “Fucking”? March 30, 2011 at 8:25 pm #111658 Danny StephensonKeymaster “right”?
