There we go! Tis working now. I really would recommend using a text editor though to get your alignment right before pasting into a forum post. The text setting in the forum post gives no indication of the final post.

The one I posted where all the | are lined up I did in a TextEdit first, knowing it would look like that with the pre tags.

Fun Fact: ’tis the same guitarist who did the mental Red Dwarf opening. Tom Blades (possibly the best name for a guitarist in existence)

The usual text format of the box won’t allow for multiple spaces, it’ll simply ignore them.

    if you put <pre>

between your text you want to be monospaced.

    That'll allow for spaces,

    And multiple line carries :)

    </pre>

the <code> tag isn’t what should be used

Yes that’s a good point. Melodies would be hard to post, but I think Tablature should be ok as long as it isn’t copied verbatim from a official source (which I dont believe exists for tab anyways.).

Keep them Dwarf-centric if you can please. Also Mabel. If you wanted to use spaces to line up your bars, you can do. Cappsy’s worked his magic on the tag to allow for them. Fankoo Cappsy!

I’ll be testing out your progression later today Mabel, so i’ll let you know.

    Flobadob, blib blob blib.

    Lol, Seb.

Mabel, no I haven’t I’m just going to try something

This is a test for monospacing fonts

Yay it works! Mabel (and anyone else wanting to do this) if you use the <pre>and</pre> it turns the font monospaced for easy formatting of chords and barlines etc…

I’m interested to see if they air the UK version of Fraggle Rock (with the Captain and Sprocket in a lighthouse). Oddly enough, I’ve only really seen the American versions of the show (with Doc and Sprocket in the workshop) and when the show was last broadcast here two years ago on a kids channel, they also aired the American versions.

Apparently the majority of the UK links to Fraggle Rock have been either deleted or lost entirely… I remember there was an appeal a while back for anyone who had any copies to come forward and donate them…

Tiny Toons and Animaniacs were fucking amazing work. In terms of educational value they were absolutely fantastic. Muppet Babies is one of those things that will always make me feel insanely nostalgic, like Trap Door.

I was talking about Muppet Babies last night, and it occurred how expensive that show potentially was to produce. I believe it was Lucasfilm who made it so the clips from either 20th Century Fox or Lucasfilm-owned that were used were either licensed or fair game given they were created by the same production company.

But still, it was awesome. I still want it on DVD.

A Red Dwarf game could be so good, i’d love to have a Red Dwarf game in the strain of these awesome Lego games that have been released, like you have the 10 Hubs of each series and you have puzzles and characters like Rimmer can only go to certain parts of the ship because he can walk through walls (WHEN HE’S IN PROJECTION MODE…) The cat can crawl through tight spaces. Kryten can unlock doors with keycodes (and conversely everyone can if they’ve contracted the Luck virus :) ). I really wanna make a Red Dwarf game now…

Rimmer will always be Rimmer, his dad is not who he thought he was, but Rimmer grew up not aware of that and that’s shaped his character, the way he functions, the way he will address a problem, he will still have the anal-retentiveness he always had, he will still want the drive to succeed to make his father proud regardless of who that is, that’s how he is, he will always be like that.

Someone has said that Disney can’t fuck up Star Wars anymore than he did himself, by trying to “fix” his original trilogy and creating a convoluted, needless prequel trilogy. Although he did help start Pixar and for that I thank him, but please George, give Star Wars to someone who do good stories. Ooh, Disney do good stories don’t they? Well, there you go…

Some minor lines could have gone her way, and scenes like the dentists chair could have used Holly instead of a new character.

As much as I love Hattie and the character of Holly, it’s obvious that Doug hasn’t decided on having the character be an integral part of the crew yet, if ever now.

If Holly was dealing with the stuff in the dentists, he/she would supercede the need for Pree in the first place.

I am hoping that Doug decides to bring Holly back, but in an organic way not like a Series VII/VIII-like shoehorn affair.

Some minor lines could have gone her way, and scenes like the dentists chair could have used Holly instead of a new character.

Behind the Curtains is going to be fucking brilliant, despite featuring vox pops from Cappsy, Tanya and Jo TORDFC.

not to mention some animations made by some twat from Yorkshire…
