That is also how Nero got hold of that kind of superadvanced technology. I get that. But Romulus is destroyed in 2387, 150 years after the Kelvin scenes and 130 years after the Vulcan scenes. Fair point, but beyond a few moments mostly involving McCoy I can’t say I cared about the characters much.
