Nova 5 reused as a Space Base in the largely lost media Space Vets. 

Were they space veterans or space veterinarians?

Second one. It was the closest thing to Junior Red Dwarf, on kids’ TV in the early 90s (I saw Space Vets first). It was okay.

Previously discussed elsewhere, maybe the Io domed city could be another candidate for the top of the Dalek Emperor’s head in The Parting of the Ways (“the perspex dome was left over from a Red Dwarf project”), since they seem to have similar holes.
