The guys over at earth-2.net as part of there “twice as bright half as long” series have decided to cover crime traveller for there next show 1 podcast episode a month for the 4 months – poor bastards!!

Its like dr who if you took most of the elements away from that show and made it incredibly limited. dr who was such a long running show it left saturday echoes of its format on british tv when it was off air. Red dwarf kept a couple ofo quarries and the science jokes. Jonathan creek kept the returning past doctors, verity lambert, and turned the tardis into a windmill. Bugs stood in for unit. Randal and hopkirk kept a bit of Gallifrey with tom baker as president. Then Crime traveler was a try out for a female dr stuck on earth trying to earn money to fix the tardis, and forever interrupted by her himbo assistant.

Crime Traveller was poor. Ill-conceived and poorly executed, contradicting its own science within its own episodes.
