EDIT- Ok, bit of research later and apparently Gingham isn’t actually of German origin*. Still a scary image.

*The name is thought to be either of Indonesian or Italian origin. In short people don’t know but apparently it was imported into England in the 17th century!) It makes me think of Heidi anyway for some reason.

When Michelle and I stayed at John and Tanya’s, we never actually saw John. He was there when we dropped our stuff off and went away for a week, but not when we got back.
