The email address takes an age to get an answer and it wasn’t all useful…I gave up. The mobi-sodes just don’t work for me correctly. I’ll stick with watching the real programme instead.

I contacted customer services by phone… they were foreign and didnt speak very good English but re-assured me the problem would be fixed… which It wasnt.
