The Crouches Series Two News Posted by Ian Symes on 23rd February 2004, 11:29 Desperately poor sit-com The Crouches, in which Danny John-Jules has a small role, has been recommissioned for a second series. HOORAY. After obtaining a whopping three million viewers in a prime time BBC ONE slot, the first sit-com ever to be about a black family, apart from all the other ones, will return with a different writer. Rab C Nesbitt scribe Ian Pattison has been replaced by Lisselle Kayla, an Eastenders staff writer. Also returning soon are Eyes Down and Swiss Toni. Sigh.
