RED DWARF XI.0

In my head cannon, this advert is actually the punchline end model shot of a mini-episode between X and XI. Where the ship name has been repainted the SS Howard Rimmer as instructed by the JMC computer, Rimmer has spent most of the intervening time we havnt seen him campaigning the JMC computer to reduce the lettering to say only SS Rimmer. So that he can swan around the ship pretending it’s named after himself. Finally after much shenanigans and loop hole swotting and forcing bits of krytens old chips into the data banks, Rimmer suceeds as the computer prints out an order that the ship name is now RIMMER and crew man DAVE must go and repaint the name on the ship. Lister interprets the order slip his own way. Then the crew head out on star bug to check out the freshly paint job and…… (XI begins September 15th)
