    This has very likely been seen already but I found some rather charming introductions to Red Dwarf episodes via Iowa Public Television’s ‘Sci-Fi Friday Night’ circa 1996. Mike Frisbee, the floating, bearded sage and host of the show takes us through these introductions and delves quite happily into the metaphysical and philosophical conundrums that face the boys from the Dwarf.

    Also, their website is a glorious hand-me-down from the late ’90s and has been preserved in that state ever since, and why not, it works great and is a perfect fit to the introductions which include the Red Dwarf theme played on a Yamaha Portasound and with background chromakey straight out of an Amiga 2000 equipped Video Toaster.
