Wow! I haven’t noticed most of those! Even the Craig lip moments. (I think I just interpreted it as an natural movement although now it’s been pointed out it’s pretty clear.)

    A couple seemed unnecessary nitpicking-

I.e. Legion’s real face being shown. He had the mask off at that point, and since you only see a glimpse of his face from the side you can’t tell the face clearly anyway. Ok, so it’s the actors real face, but it could just as easily be the generated ‘character’ version, you can’t tell at that angle.

And Starbugs legs vanishing? That’s not an error. Just the simple fact that thin objects appear to vanish quicker than thicker objects as they recede into the distance. (At least that’s how it appeared to me. The reference might have been to something else.)

Lots of boom mike stuff though which I’ll admit, I never noticed.

Yeah…you can see that they’ve made a prosthetic version of the face for those angles…with Hologram ‘H’.

It doesn’t bear up to close srutiny but fine for those fleeting shots.

Let’s not forget that most of those boom mike errors wouldn’t have shown up for most people on broadcast – it’s only viewing them on DVD on your puter (or most LCDs, I think) that show the full screen area that they’ll appear.

One thing I noticed in the Revised series 3 was that the cutting hid the squashed box when Rimmer jumps back through the picture in time-slides. That always bugged me a little bit, being a hologram and all, so a little bit of screen magic that was actually beneficial in the revised series. Shame about certain cut scenes… but that’s a different subject.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – one big improvement in the Remastereds is that you finally actually get to SEE Rimmer kneeing Hollister in the bollocks in Stasis Leak. Due to a slack bit of editing/vision-mixing/whatever in the original, it cuts to the moment too late.

That last mouthing-along by Craig is hilarious.
