I was rewatching Timewave, and Barrie’s take on the Inner Critic really stood out to me for how nuanced and calculated it was. Every line delivery and vocal change is on point.
It really makes me wonder if he’s just gotten bored of playing the normal Rimmer, because his talent as an actor clearly hasn’t diminished.
