I’m going to try and cut fast food out of my diet and shift to diet sodas.

That first one isn’t going to be easy – I’m within walking distance of no less than twelve fast food places, and they’re all cheap places to eat for someone with no income.

I think some weight loss wouldn’t be impossible this year, you’ll see how well I did at Dimension Jump, to those who are sane enough not to miss it!!! I had, what can only be described as an epiphany about a month back that made me re-evaluate a few things in my life.

1. Stop saying ‘no’ to things, people and opportunities. If it doesn’t kill me, it’s probably worth at least trying out.

2. Get a lot more experience with broadcast and or/location sound.

3. Look forward to whatever the hell it is Doug has planned this year.

4. Look forward to other possible ventures that G&T may or may not be developing this year.

Oh and Happy New Year to all our readers at G&T. I would create a article page. Only I don’t know where the button is.
