I’m sure there are other uniforms similar to this out there in the world, probably without our own Armed Forced (Rimmer is referred to as an Admiral in BTL … so Navy?) but they strike a very very close resemblance no? Could it be possible Rob and Doug deliberately chose to use this uniforms as a reference for Rimmer’s? Or complete coincidence?
