All the pics being posted in Gwynnie’s thread made me think that this could be an interesting/amusing thread.

Post a very recent pic of you and one from 10 years ago…

(I’m off to find a pic of me from 1999!)

I think, think this trip was in 1999, so it’s good to count for 10 years ago :

October 2001, matriculating at Uni (I just find it amusing to compare how I looked when I started with how I looked when I finished) :

Finishing exams, so just over five years ago :

And here’s how most of you will know me :

I didn’t win the award I was up for. Next time, Gadget. Next time….

I’ve always seen myself as an amalgam of the three male leads of Spaced.
The childlike naivity of Mike, the artistic temperament of Tim, and the (and I’m not saying this for sympathy, I can’t think of the actual word I’m after) loneliness of Brian.

I’m having trouble digging out a 1999 picture, but I imagine most people know what I look like now so just youth the face up, remove all the hair and take off about 3 stone and you’ll come up with your magic number.

I recognize Fuzzy Bear (I think that was his name. The big brown bear with a speech impediment from the Muppets Show. I think he played the piano too. Beat that Bungle.) but the other thing? It doesn’t look safe to have around the kiddies that’s for sure.

Fozzie Bear and The Honey Monster apparently….

They visited me because I was supposed to be in hospital over that Christmas so they were sent to cheer me up. Luckily I was discharged a few days before Christmas I didn’t have to endure Miss Piggy and Tony the Tiger….

Yeah Norman used to be in the Sugar Puffs ads but since then he has fallen out with the Honeymonster about not confirming if he would be in the new adverts they are doing, and now he says the producers have always been terrible and evil and he is doing an expose book on them called “Tell All about the Honey, Motherfuckers”

He has asked if they need him for the annual SugarPuff fanclub get together though!
