If it’s not, I’ll post it myself.’ No need, obviously. I do wonder where that was taken, though. The thought of Craig being at the Doctor Who Experience did occur, but I don’t recognise the surroundings. Plus, if he’d been there at the same time as me, my Red Dwarf/Doctor Who fanboy brain would have exploded. July 21, 2012 at 9:11 pm #116880 mickParticipant Does actually look like he’s nicking it. July 21, 2012 at 10:33 pm #116878 Jonathan CappsKeymaster His mistake was stealing the wheels first. July 21, 2012 at 10:37 pm #116879 ori-STUDFARMParticipant Scrumping for Tardis’s….Tardi? July 22, 2012 at 1:11 am #116874 HelloMabelParticipant Tardies. July 22, 2012 at 2:01 am #116873 Mr-StabbyParticipant Is that the TARDIS at the entrance of TV Centre? I had a photo taken there when i was working there: July 22, 2012 at 6:48 am #116867 Ben PaddonParticipant The floor tiles don’t line up. July 22, 2012 at 8:09 am #116868 Seb PatrickKeymaster >The floor tiles don’t line up. Yeah, but it might be in the process of being moved, what with TVC having just been sold. It looks very like the TVC one. Obligatory “my own picture of it”: And the old one: July 22, 2012 at 8:10 am #116869 Seb PatrickKeymaster Actually, now that I look again… it’s not the TVC one. Because the font on the TVC one’s sign isn’t screen-accurate… but the one in Craig’s picture looks like it is. July 22, 2012 at 9:19 am #116865 ori-STUDFARMParticipant And you can’t see the grain in the wood of the TVC one like you can the Craig Charles one. July 22, 2012 at 2:28 pm #116851 jmc2000Participant @ori “Scrumping for Tardis’s….Tardi?” The plural of “emphasis” is “emphases” (and thesis = theses, etc.), so I’m going to succest Tardes. Which now makes me wonder if there’s such a word as “faecis”. As in, one piece of poo? July 22, 2012 at 2:56 pm #116849 HelloMabelParticipant I once busted my butt on a 40-page faesis. July 22, 2012 at 3:30 pm #116845 siParticipant The plural of TARDIS is actually TARDISes. Sorry to spoil your fun. July 22, 2012 at 3:44 pm #116846 ori-STUDFARMParticipant Spoil sport! July 22, 2012 at 4:52 pm #116847 jmc2000Participant “The plural of TARDIS is actually TARDISes. Sorry to spoil your fun.” He is actually correct. “Not any more – but there have been many Tardises on my back in days gone by.” The Doctor’s Wife. “No, no, no, no, listen. Reconfigure the two Tardises into time cone inverters? It would work. What a brilliant mind.” Logopolis. “This is a fully-fledged Dalek Empire, at the height of its power. Experts at fighting Tardises, they can do anything. Right now, that wooden door is just wood.” Journey’s End. At least I still have faecis. July 22, 2012 at 6:19 pm #116843 Ben PaddonParticipant It’s nice that he’s cosplaying as the Ninth Doctor while he does this. July 22, 2012 at 6:44 pm #116844 JonsmadParticipant Petersonnnnn… run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! August 21, 2012 at 4:47 pm #117504 JimboidParticipant So I was watching Trial of a Timelord, as is my wont. This has probably been noticed before….but in Part 4, there’s a brief bit where Space Del Boy Sabalom Glitz and his mate brandish some familiar looking guns… What d’ya reckon? Are they? August 21, 2012 at 5:00 pm #117505 Jonathan CappsKeymaster Well, the ones for Red Dwarf would’ve been made in 89 (at the earliest very late 88) and Trial was 86 so it’s very possible they used these as a starting point (almost certain when you consider it’s the same FX department). August 21, 2012 at 5:39 pm #117506 siParticipant Simply because I don’t think I’ve ever linked to this in one of these threads: The two and a half pages I have are over at http://bromley001.deviantart.com/art/Is-There-A-Doctor-On-Board-1-205001221 If I’ve never forced you to go look before (which even I find hard to believe), do go and look. ;) August 24, 2012 at 7:01 pm #117928 Pecospete666Participant The great BBC America is going to show it on Sept 1 2012! August 24, 2012 at 7:10 pm #117929 siParticipant So is the great BBC UK. Or ‘The BBC’ as we also know them. August 24, 2012 at 7:15 pm #117930 Pecospete666Participant BBC as you know them! They play Gordon Ramsey so many times that all 320 million people in America know what”Bollox” means! August 25, 2012 at 6:55 pm #117964 Pecospete666Participant Steven Moffat (@steven_moffat) 8/25/12 11:12 AM The #doctorwho team in New York at a screening of Asylum Of The Daleks. Heartbroken to miss it – but be nice to them, Americans! Yea! be nice to me! August 25, 2012 at 8:30 pm #117969 Ben PaddonParticipant Ah, that’d be that picture of your girlfriend you threatened to post some weeks prior. August 25, 2012 at 9:34 pm #117976 mickParticipant I’ve had worse. August 25, 2012 at 10:13 pm #117978 genericnerdyusernameParticipant Only due to very poor disco lighting. August 30, 2012 at 2:01 pm #118220 JamesTCParticipant A nice touch from Doctor Who Magazine. They did the same for BTE. August 30, 2012 at 3:06 pm #118223 siParticipant Ha! I took pretty much exactly the same photo this morning! September 1, 2012 at 8:11 pm #126342 JoParticipant My god, I was only away two minutes! September 2, 2012 at 1:08 am #126349 CarlitoParticipant Exactly what I was thinking… there was even a very similar line in addition to the skeletal crew that he thought were alive.
