    Had ‘Most Annoying People 2008’ on TV with the sound down earlier (I’d previously been watching it, but muted it when I realised it was most god-awful load of turds I’d ever seen), and saw Danny John-Jules face pop up inter-cut with pictures of bins. I was on the phone so didn’t catch what was said about him, but he was there. Fame at last.

    Yeah, I saw that DJJ ‘segment’, last night too. If memory serves, it was ‘refuse collectors/collections’ that were marked as ‘annoying’, not Danny. Some comedian ended up praising “you know, that guy who used to be in Red Dwarf” for making his feelings known at the time.

    I didn’t think it was that bad, only a bit of fun – agreed with most of the choices and got to laugh at some truly ridiculous behaviour. call me cheap (I am) but I can appreciate that along with more highbrow stuff. And bloody agyness deyn at number 1 convinced me. Nothing so wrong with BBC Three for me.

    her sudden ubiquity seems to have been the concensus, the whole obsession with her as “the new Kate moss”, all that. THe womans everywhere! Plus she has a quite silly made up name
