    We went to the Texas Renaissance Festival this past weekend for the Highland Fling. Not only did we see the normal parade of flesh that should never be exposed to human eyes, we saw a few awesome costumes. I thought of Si and how he’d have peed his pants if he’d seen how awesomely awesome this girl’s costume was. (My daughter was all “SQEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!” There was also a Tennant Dr. Who, who was a dead ringer, and supposedly a Tardis, but we never saw it/him/her. Only two weekends left before the season’s over…we’re really hoping to go the last weekend.

    Me, either. Camouflage Man (okay, it IS Texas…don’t ask), Bud Light Man, Giant Stilt Walker Bat-dude, Centurions, pirates…several What-The-Hell-Is-That? Terrible fake accents, included. It all gets better with beer, though.
