I have always thought it was weird the building in Quarantine is the same as the model of the hatch. Also the picture in point 6 looks very Red Dwarf. Whoever wrote that had far too much time on their hands.

I laughed when I saw that one, why is it coming from his ear?

You’ve got to laugh at the ‘connection’ of Penny and Kochanski. The Penny in the picture ‘became’ a different actress when they actually cast someone in the role, that’s JUST LIKE what happened with Kochanski… Talk about clutching at straws.

Hey, Lois, that reminds me of the time I worked at that straw-clutching restaurant *cut to close-up of young couple in restaurant drinking through straws, suddenly the drink stops coming through, zoom out to see Peter holding both straws at the other end. “sorry, guys, company policy” Peter points to poster that shows a huge green tick next to a grinning man holding a bunch of straws in his hand and a red cross next to someone shrugging their shoulders with a load of straws lying on the floor next to him.*

    STOP SAYING “KRYTON”.

    Also :

“Hurleys S5 Comic – The Last Man”

I think the appearance of a Y : The Last Man comic had rather more to do with the fact that Brian K. Vaughan was on the writing staff at the time…

He still is, isn’t he? I bloody hope so, because after Lindelof/Cuse and Kitsis/Horowitz he writes the best episodes.

    Nope, sorry.

Blimey, I knew something about LOST that Cappsy didn’t! End of Days time!

    >?I shot the Sheriff, but I didn?t shoot the Deputy.?

I’ve still never understood how that was meant to be a compelling case for the defence.

I wonder if the Y: The Last Man movie will happen anytime soon.

He co-wrote a couple with Drew Goddard (who’s now gone back to Whedon). What a great long-term teaming that could have been. Even though we know that Damon Lindelof rules all I think it’s pretty obvious that Vaughan had a hand in pushing the show down a stronger sci-fi/fantasy route. I hope he didn’t leave Lost in protest at the upcoming alternate reality storyline! IF that’s what we’re getting…

    *cringes*
Urgh, no, I’m sorry, that is so wrong.
I mean why would someone do that? Are they sick?

I’m glad you’re not my lawyer, Seb.

I’m glad you’re not mine, if you think confessing to shooting the sheriff is somehow going to get you off the hook.

To be fair, he swore that the shooting of the Sheriff was self defence – where the deputy’s death, had he been involved, would presumably have been a vengeance murder.

Seems he has motive, since the sheriff and deputy likely had him incarcerated in the first place. But it was the sheriff’s attempt to assassinate him when he was released that caused all the trouble.

Mind you, if he was carrying a gun while on parole there’s still a possible firearm charge to take into consideration…

You forget that the sheriff was abusing his position of authority in order to harass the defendant in the first place.
