I found this site a while ago it has scans of every issue of Fleetway’s Sonic the Comic I finally got around to downloading all of them, now I need to find the time to read them. http://tkaserver.kicks-ass.net:2020/?area=home You have to register to access the comic section. If only there was a site with Smegazines scans I’d love to see some. August 18, 2009 at 10:23 am #102456 RichieteeParticipant Didnt really think of that its been out of print for quite a while now August 18, 2009 at 6:27 pm #102469 Ben PaddonParticipant So is Discworld II: Missing Presumed…!?, but if I slap my copy up online for everybody to download I’m still breaking the law. August 18, 2009 at 9:20 pm #102481 redhead85Participant Used to love Sonic the Comic back in the early 90s. Still got issues 1 – 55 somewhere… August 18, 2009 at 11:06 pm #102484 DaveParticipant >So is Discworld II: Missing Presumed?!?, but if I slap my copy up online for everybody to download I?m still breaking the law. I’d welcome it. August 18, 2009 at 11:34 pm #102486 ChrisMParticipant Richard Elson who drew ‘Sonic the Comic’ has been doing the artwork for the 2000 AD strip ‘Kingdom (Which is pretty good.) The next chapter ‘Call of the Wild’ starts next week. I haven’t read Sonic the Comic but the artwork in Kingdom is gorgeous. August 19, 2009 at 2:58 am #102489 Ben PaddonParticipant I won’t share either Discworld game. At all. Even if they do work with ScummVM. It doesn’t matter how much you email me. August 20, 2009 at 4:47 pm #102520 SeeYouAtThePartyRichterParticipant I love the original Discworld Game. I remember getting the demo Disk on a copy of PC Gamer (possibly). I think you had to get the gold buckle from the Fishmonger by making him eat prunes?? August 21, 2009 at 10:13 am #102543 siParticipant I bought the Discworld game off my best mate’s brother, the day after my mate had gone off to Uni. His mother was so apologetic when she opened the door to me when I went to collect it – “I’m sorry, David’s not here…” I love the game, although there are only so many times you can listen to Eric Idle saying “That’s not right” without going mad. August 21, 2009 at 12:32 pm #102545 SeeYouAtThePartyRichterParticipant And: “That doesn’t work!” – Use BROOM with WINDLEPOONS – Use FROG with STUDENT WIZARD. It’s a great game, but certainly bred thoughts of ripping the 75mhz processor out of the PC. Yes. Sadly, I can remember the times when Mine Sweeper was THE game sensation on the school IBM’s. August 21, 2009 at 6:47 pm #102553 Ben PaddonParticipant I’ve never been so infuriated by an adventure game as I have been with Discworld. A lot of the puzzles are remarkably obtuse. August 21, 2009 at 9:28 pm #102556 RidleyParticipant I won?t share either Discworld game. You don’t have Discworld Noir? August 22, 2009 at 7:02 pm #102582 genericnerdyusernameParticipant I downloaded Missing Presumed the other day, hadn’t played it in about a decade. Fantastic game :). August 23, 2009 at 4:17 am #102587 Ben PaddonParticipant I do indeed have Discworld Noir, but that isn’t supported by ScummVM and I’ve had considerable trouble getting it to work under Vista. Besides which, as dated as the pixelated graphics in Discworld (and now, I suppose, Discworld II) may seem it pales in comparison to just how horrendously dated Discworld Noir looks now.
