I’ve been listening to some Collective Soul recently and I can totally understand how people would mistake them for a Christian rock band given that they’ve had at least two major hit singles with Christian themes – the chorus for their triple-Platinum first single is “whoa, heaven let your light shine down” and December is one long allegory for Jesus.
