Actually, it seems quite common for a member to post a few times then disappear forever, not that I’m complaining. Trying not to become another of them but can’t think of anything to post… Well, carry on. August 3, 2007 at 9:27 am in reply to: So… #124262 The DisillusionistParticipant Excellent, thanks Seb. Or a link to anywhere it might have ended up? If it’s the one I remember I really want to read it again. July 31, 2007 at 4:10 pm in reply to: Ouroboros flashback sequence #124197 The DisillusionistParticipant Ah, interesting suggestion. I thought maybe the editing of some scenes might also have been the cause for some moments of audience silence and since I don’t know anything about editing it was just further proof that the project needed binning. Oh, and I hadn’t actually noticed Series IV being lower on laughs, but I’ll sure enjoy listening out for it next time wahey. July 31, 2007 at 3:35 pm in reply to: Ouroboros flashback sequence #124195 The DisillusionistParticipant Speaking of lack of laughs, has anyone here gone through every episode and noted down all the lines that don’t get an audience reaction? I started doing just that recently but then thought about what I was actually doing and promptly stopped. Also, it was harder than I thought to decide whether a certain line was *supposed* to get a laugh sometimes. For what it’s worth there were 17, um, laughlessnesses in The End (the iguana line has an asterisk next to it because one person stifles a chuckle) and only four in Holoship. But then again the audience were bankers for the first series(?) Or something. I look forward to finding out whether it’s a vaguely positive affair – as in “this series is better than that one” or more like “this series is less shit than that one.” Then again, perhaps I already know. July 19, 2007 at 11:25 pm in reply to: Pete – Part 2: The Good Bits #124011 The DisillusionistParticipant Actually, I?ve been thinking about all this a bit recently, and I think it?d make a great topic for a DwarfCast discussion forum. I think we have a decent split between us? one for the next time we?re all together, anyway. Good old VII v VIII debates never get stale, so yeah, go for it guys!
