Hello there. It’s me again, shamelessly pimping out my tatty comic. Our first book – “Tales From The Flurry”, which collects the first two issues and includes a ton of bonus material – is now available to purchase from Amazon worldwide, and will soon be popping up on other online bookstores such as The Book Depository. And stuff.

    Behold, links!

The only Amazon site not selling it at the moment is China. No idea why – maybe it needs to be approved to ensure I’m not trying to topple their government or something.

We’ll also be taking pre-orders from the Jump Leads site at some point soonish should you give a toss, and the entire Jump Leads team (all four writers and, with any luck, JjAR the artist) will be attending the UK Web & Mini Comix Thing in March, so if you want a signed copy then is the best time to get one.

I’ll be popping a review copy along to NTS soon as well, if you’d rather wait to see what IMPORTANT PEOPLE think of it.

I ordered it… now I hope amazon.de knows how to stock up soon…

For your ?14.95, you get 92 pages – that includes the first two issues from the website, previous unseen character and concept art, a foreword by Starslip creator Kris Straub, and introductions by myself and JjAR (probably the longest block of text JjAR has ever written for the comic).

As a reminder, all five of us happy-go-lucky Jump Leads creative types (JjAR, myself, and writers Euan Mumford, Paul Varley and Andrew Taylor) will be at the UK Web & Comix Thing in London on March 28th, so you can (if you like) buy the book there and get it signed by both myself and JjAR. We’re also gonna be having a Silent Auction of signed, framed posters of the covers for Issues 1, 2, 3, 5 and the book for charity (although, haha, we haven;t decided which one yet).

Oh, excellent. I’m probably heading along there to pick up my chum Marc Ellerby’s new book (table 57, other side of the room to you), so I’ll come and say hello. Might even try and drag some of the other London-based G&Ters.

German is quite an interesting language though. I don’t understand it, but some of the words are so similar I feel that I almost do. The old Anglo-saxon mix no doubt.

Oh, bugger. Sorry to hear that – I guess Amazon Germany hates my book?

I have a shipment of 80 books on their way to the UK for the UK Web & Mini Comix Thing in London – I’ll ask my Mum to put one aside for you and I’ll mail it to you when I get to the UK. Just email me your address – ben [dot] paddon [at] gmail [dot] com. You can also use that address to PayPal me the ?15.95 for the book (don’t worry about postage, I’ll cover that).

Which amazingly is exactly what the male members of the G&T Forum think everytime they look at Marleen’s avatar.
