What i’d give to see that again. September 21, 2016 at 11:57 am #216141 GlenTokyoParticipant There was a sevans Starbug that was at the prototype stage and never released wasn’t there. I’ve seen adverts for it in VHS boxes and whatnot. I’d take a new model though, nice big one, series VI vintage. Make it about 16″ long. September 21, 2016 at 3:34 pm #216151 siParticipant Sheffield Space Centre had the Sevans models – one of each – on a top shelf above the magazines for years, never got round to asking for them to get me one down. The body of that Kryten looked amazing. September 21, 2016 at 5:25 pm #216157 Paul MullerParticipant The body of that Kryten looked amazing SHOPKEEPER: “Yeah, they’re selling quite well, these Kryten figurines.” CUSTOMER: “How long does it measure again?” SHOPKEEPER: “About six inches. It’ll look great on your mantlepiece.” CUSTOMER: “Yes….the mantlepiece. Of course.” SHOPKEEPER: “Right, that’ll be £27.60. Anything else?” CUSTOMER: “Just the lube. Thanks.” September 21, 2016 at 9:14 pm #216170 MoonlightParticipant I’d settle for new Corgi diecast models of Red Dwarf in the original and Series X designs, and a Starbug with swept-back legs. Because the legs on the original one will break off if you look at them wrong. September 21, 2016 at 9:28 pm #216171 (deleted)Participant My Corgi Starbug has been treated like a right dog over the years and the legs have never snapped. It’s the flimsy clear plastic display stands that broke within seconds of taking them out of the box. September 21, 2016 at 9:56 pm #216172 GlenTokyoParticipant Yeah the corgi ones are tough, proper well ‘ard plastic. Even the ram scoop on Red Dwarf is in one piece, the legs on the Starbug take a beating too. I’ve moved twice in the last 2 years and just shoved it in a box full of ‘crap from my living room’ on both occasions and I found it the other week and it’s fine. The playset however, now those legs are shit. I’d go as far to say they are designed to snap when exposed to air. September 21, 2016 at 11:02 pm #216184 siParticipant I’d like a Skutter toy. The model I’ve got with the RDVIII DVD has never left the packaging. September 21, 2016 at 11:36 pm #216186 Taiwan TonyParticipant I’d like a dispensing machine. One of the Tony Hawks ones…not the more recent abominations. September 22, 2016 at 12:40 am #216190 MoonlightParticipant My Corgi Starbug has been treated like a right dog over the years and the legs have never snapped. I have two, and the right front leg broke off of both of them within days. It seemed oddly specific.
