I cried for a good hour or two. Not sure about this, mind. April 3, 2016 at 5:16 pm #213626 MANI506Participant Are you sure you weren’t 28 Si? April 3, 2016 at 5:38 pm #213627 siParticipant Another classic here. I can think of *loads* of 80’s themes that would be perfect for this thread. And that’s before we even get to Maid Marian. April 3, 2016 at 10:11 pm #213628 Danny StephensonKeymaster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9LDHEaU-iA One of my favourite TV themes. Si: a question… a Button Moon stage production? WTF?! April 3, 2016 at 10:23 pm #213629 siParticipant Yeah. Still gutted I didn’t see it. Going to have to see if I can find any info about it, check that it actually happened. Be warned, you can never unsee this. April 4, 2016 at 4:53 pm #213636 Jonathan CappsKeymaster Genuinely: I didn’t sleep well. April 4, 2016 at 6:05 pm #213638 Danny StephensonKeymaster 999 was a brilliant theme. Using a keychange to denote a doppler effect as the ambulance passes you. I remember getting a brilliant reply from the composer as to how it was made but it was on Youtube Messaging which I think has completely disappeared. OK another theme then: Tomorrow World 1987 – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yc9v1vfBlHs April 4, 2016 at 7:59 pm #213639 Yaron RuParticipant This is a bit of an obvius one but a good one all the same https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uA8yIXcY8HI April 4, 2016 at 11:10 pm #213641 siParticipant I used to watch this at my Nan and Grandad’s on a Saturday morning after I’d stayed the night. Always kinda brings a little lump to the throat. April 5, 2016 at 12:00 am #213642 clemParticipant April 5, 2016 at 12:44 am #213643 siParticipant OH MY GOD! I adored that. :) April 5, 2016 at 1:17 am #213644 MANI506Participant I always loved the opening to The Mary Whitehouse Experience. The end credits where the whole show rewound was cool too. April 5, 2016 at 8:51 am #213645 Pete Part ThreeParticipant >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uA8yIXcY8HI If the rest of the show had been directed like that opening sequence, it would have been incredible.
