Anyone here seen this early 80s sitcom by Bill Oddie and Graeme Garden? It’s about three astronauts living on a British space station, and despite having been written by two Goodies it’s apparently quite subdued in tone, a lot of the humour deriving from the characters’ boredom and irritation. This DVD review draws a few interesting parallels with early Dwarf: http://theakersquarterly.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/astronauts-reviewed-by-jacob-edwards.html

Yes, I saw it on PBS.

There was a man & woman there in one scene who held orange suits attached to the wall by Big hoses when the question of how they’d sleep came up.

I also remember some song and dance out in space in the credits.

It was a decent enough watch, too bad I can’t find much of anything about it.

    20:30

250 Miles; – 2.5 times the length of my journey to Gramma’s.

And I vaguely remember seeing #1 and another episode, faint but steady, like something very distant popping up on a Psi-Scan.

last year I watched that early 80s sitcom with Mrs Slocombe from “Are You Being Served” going to space, that was an odd one.
