Im assuming its ok to begin my own thread, to broadcast news about the game IVe been making for the last two years for reddwarf fans (next up is dalek invasion wars).
If youve already been following and have waited patiently I apologize for any repeats.
I really want to press this forward as soon as now so expect it soon.
If the admins fancy popping by Portsmouth for a cuppa and an exclusive look-in , Im waiting already.
Obviously I want people of importance to get first look. the rest of you plebs must wait a teeny bit longer, but this is definitely rolling out one way or the other.
I love cod moh bf42 had type games of course, and this could be the one to beat them all, or the one that could bind em.

I’m not attacking. I’m just saying that sometimes your posts read like you changed your mind about what you wanted to say partway through – in which case instead of changing tack you could just, like, delete it.

I do it all the time. I’ve typed out long replies to people and then realised it’s not worth it, or that I’m in the wrong, or I’ve misinterpreted something, or whatever.

As for the “quarter of a million views” thing, it’s great that your game has attracted a lot of attention, and I hope people like it and that it does well. But I don’t think you “attracted” those views to the forum so much as “got” those views from people who were already ON the forum. That’s fine, and I’m not having a go at you for it, but it doesn’t really make a huge difference in the great scheme of things.

I’ve got no beef with you at all, man. I just think you need to take it a little easy and not react this way sometimes. Particularly when it leads to you telling the guy who founded the very site you’re on (Ian) to fuck off almost immediately after you’ve registered.

Although the point stands that the way to endear yourself to people probably wasn’t to kick off and swear at them when you got the gentle ribbing that most new people tend to when their first act is to plug something.
