Also Fluke. January 23, 2008 at 3:44 pm in reply to: What is your favorite reply in this thread? #119631 Joey TORDFCParticipant Cappsy, hands down. Then up. Then down again. January 18, 2008 at 2:24 pm in reply to: Entertainment, It’s behind you…Oh no it isn’t. #119443 Joey TORDFCParticipant David Walliams :) January 17, 2008 at 4:41 pm in reply to: Entertainment, It’s behind you…Oh no it isn’t. #119424 Joey TORDFCParticipant I think it’s fantastic to see Whose Line? back. The US ran it until 2006, we Brits should definitely try to get a brand new series on the way – the popularity on Dave proves it would have a damn good chance of working. Especially since Mock the Week has been received well for a few years now and it’s definitely been influenced by it. January 15, 2008 at 4:33 pm in reply to: The Complete Collection DVD – February 11th 2008 #119398 Joey TORDFCParticipant :-o BBC and Woolies removed! January 10, 2008 at 5:29 pm in reply to: Smeg Ups Competition Leaflet #119269 Joey TORDFCParticipant >> It?s odd they were still using ths sans-serif version of the logo at that point, when the serif version had debuted two years previously. But the same could be said for V and VI, I guess. Presumably it was to keep consistency with the other Dwarf vids – the first ones to be released were Series 3 in 1991, which was before the new logo. I’m sorry but that is pure John Hoare gold. Brill. December 13, 2007 at 12:56 pm in reply to: Mrs Doubtfire #118441 Joey TORDFCParticipant >I?m did a Film Studies A level So did I. It was in 1999 when film was good though. December 13, 2007 at 12:52 pm in reply to: Christmas Telly #118440 Joey TORDFCParticipant >1. Steal Daily Mail 2. Retrieve DVD 3. December 12, 2007 at 5:04 pm in reply to: Christmas Telly #118431 Joey TORDFCParticipant Just thought of another one – The Greatest Store In The World with Brian Blessed etc. Bloody excellent. December 12, 2007 at 5:01 pm in reply to: Christmas Telly #118430 Joey TORDFCParticipant > That would be The Flint Street Nativity. One of the best bits of Xmas telly I?ve ever seen. I still have it on VHS. Hilarious, touching, smartly made?yeah, more of that?d be lovely. That’s the badger. And that year was full of things like that, so much so that your video recorder was on meltdown for most of the week. December 11, 2007 at 5:32 pm in reply to: Christmas Telly #118398 Joey TORDFCParticipant I like My Family. Sorry and that… From my wonderful POV I’d love to see more of the old ‘super-comdrams’ (I made that up) featuring established actors that they used to show at Christmas. Like the one with all the actors (including Ralf Little, Neil Morrissey, Amanda Holden, John Thompson etc) playing kids at a Nativity. Well, maybe not the best example but I’m sure you all know what I mean. Really good one-offs. But yes, we are seriously lacking in the family sit-com dept. Less said about The Crouches the better. And that dodgy one with Frank Skinner and the bird from The Office Christmas specials… November 28, 2007 at 3:19 pm in reply to: Sexual Attitudes are Opposite? #126016 Joey TORDFCParticipant >>I?m qualified for exactly one job in the entire world. Thankfully it?s the one I have. What a heartwarming story :) (and I don’t mean that sarcastically!) November 13, 2007 at 5:21 pm in reply to: Anyone get the feeling they were hired for there jobs just to look at? #125655 Joey TORDFCParticipant Lady Masonry? Cor, aren’t they lucky! Does sound like a feminine trimming system though. In any case, cheers for clearing that up boss :) November 13, 2007 at 5:17 pm in reply to: Predictions in RD that come true #125654 Joey TORDFCParticipant >>When Cliff Richard was shot? WHEN?!! November 13, 2007 at 3:33 pm in reply to: Beat the Geek Cheap #125650 Joey TORDFCParticipant I only ever played it once with Cappsy and four bottles of ros? between us. I still lost. November 13, 2007 at 3:30 pm in reply to: Anyone get the feeling they were hired for there jobs just to look at? #125649 Joey TORDFCParticipant I was always under the impression Freemasons worshipped the devil and controlled the police. Or is that the Illuminati? Same thing? November 9, 2007 at 11:44 am in reply to: Anyone get the feeling they were hired for there jobs just to look at? #125589 Joey TORDFCParticipant >> You do know that different wines, even of the same colour, taste completely different, right? Not to my uncultured tongue, it’s all pretty nasty stuff. Who thought of drinking fermented grape juice??! November 7, 2007 at 12:14 pm in reply to: Anyone get the feeling they were hired for there jobs just to look at? #125533 Joey TORDFCParticipant I just LOLd. November 7, 2007 at 11:55 am in reply to: Anyone get the feeling they were hired for there jobs just to look at? #125532 Joey TORDFCParticipant A. Yes – it’s a daily struggle *sigh* October 3, 2007 at 3:05 pm in reply to: Would you sleep with the person who posted below you? #124887 Joey TORDFCParticipant But I’m a lady! Of course. August 29, 2007 at 3:18 pm in reply to: What was the first episode of Red Dwarf you saw? #124591 Joey TORDFCParticipant I’ve had a think about this recently. I distinctly remember two Rimmers prior to my regular watching, one with an H, one without. So contrary to me saying in the past it was series five from original broadcast, I’m going with Dimension Jump. August 22, 2007 at 2:06 pm in reply to: London Drinkies? #124532 Joey TORDFCParticipant I’d be up for it, although it’s not like I’m starved of seeing this bunch of drunkards. August 22, 2007 at 2:01 pm in reply to: Tongue Tied Video #124531 Joey TORDFCParticipant I’ve got the video. Not even sure if it’s worth eBaying now. August 22, 2007 at 1:59 pm in reply to: Would you sleep with the person who posted above you? #124530 Joey TORDFCParticipant Apparently Dave ‘is a bit of a prick’ and I ‘wouldn’t like him’. So no. Plus Simon would kill me. August 22, 2007 at 1:57 pm in reply to: 1982. Geekiest year? #124529 Joey TORDFCParticipant I was born in the first week of 1983. Gen Y baby!
