According to ‘The Mag’ the CiN clip consistend of scenes 4 and 5, which are immeditaly post-credits. The three pre-credits scenes don’t feature the Doctor, and would have been too plot-heavy to make for an effective teaser.

Paul Cornell is on record as saying that the Reapers don?t come each time the universe?s history is changed- they?d show up in every Doctor Who story if that was the case. Alterations to the timeline give them strength, but the key factor in Father?s Day was the presence of two Doctors and Roses in the same place, and the elimination of one of those sets. This was what weakened the fabric of reality to let them through.

The thing that’s puzzling me about Dreamland is the slot they’ve decided to put it out in. It’s understandable that they want to maintain momentum for the show during the final month and a half of the RTD era, but putting it out between Waters and the finale seems strange, given that those two stories are supposed to be a three-parter. Given the references in the first story of the present SJAs, it might have made more sense if it had immediately followed ‘The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith’.
