The ERRA stuff in execution was silly, but the scene where they approach the station in Blue Midget and Kryten explains ERRA’s philosophy, followed by “Did it work?” “No.” is pretty fantastic. 

The first three quarters of that episode is excellent. Its reputation is totally ruined by the last 5 minutes.

Twitter is a public forum. People with high follow counts Like tweets and they pushed as endorsements into feeds. Transphobia is being trojan horsed into multiple areas of the media and government and it’s easy for people to start down the wrong path (just as Chris had fallen down a conspiracy hole, or many people have fallen to white supremacy ideas) so I really don’t think we should be just treating follows and likes as inconsequential as they demonstrably have an impact, and it’s good to have this stuff openly talked about and challenged.
