Very very sad news indeed, i have spoke to him on various occasions on Facebook over the last couple of years regarding the encyclopedias (which take pride of place on my bedside shelf with the dvds) although never met him in person sadly, his efforts on the books were incredible as was his attention to detail on EVERYTHING Dwarf.

My thoughts and condolences to to his family.

Still can’t play any level from twentica and go straight into the next level, it always takes me to the start of samsara. I have tried what was suggested and clicking on twentica then going back and that does not work, play one level then back to start off samsara. Looking forward to g&t update!!!!

Is it possible to replay through both episodes from the start with all the scenes in-between intact?? I go to start twentica again to the first scan mission then takes me straight to the start of samsara each time rather than let me progress through.

just got the game yesterday as have only just upgraded to the phone which would allow me to play so this is my first mobile game !!

wow it’s really really good! went straight through Twentica without much frustration, i can tell from the videos i have watched before that the controls have really been tweaked with and fixed. found the walking/ stealth sections to be easy to control and the driving ones not to bad either.

Really hope there is a Level in the Give & Take Episode where you play as the Engineer using the stasis Booth to go back and warn himself only to be killed.. by himself. and of course Snacky! so many opportunities to be had.

really enjoying it at the moment and it’s sure going to help me on my 10 hour train journey next week.

Yeah it mostly seems so good then has a few fluffs.. They have made it look like series VIII is set “in the past” and that there is a line for “hilly” err??? Through back to earth and X. And a couple of the timelines splitting off go round to places that don’t make sense but overall it’s a good effort.

What a coincidence! was listening to this as you posted it! interesting that Ken was so sure it was Nano Rimmer in X, Doug’s response makes me think it was not, combined with his comments on the back to earth Commentary. and i would like to see the Non “Disney” version of the X documentary.

that is pretty good, i assume they are still using the back entrance as a couple of weeks back i read they could go through the front. i believe that was a one off due to them filming out the back ?

Will be arriving early ish Friday and booking in at the Anchor. then hopefully make our way over. how far are the Studios from the Anchor and The Barley Mow as will be going on foot or Taxi ( depending how pricey the Taxis are .. any ideas ? )

Not been to a Filming yet so i shall speculate away.

i wonder if all these eps will be either Dwarf /Starbug or other ship set, seeing as they have a bigger stage. not heard any mention of Location shoots but i guess they would do everything possible to keep that quiet. perhaps that’s what they are doing during the week before Filming, or does that cut it a bit Fine? when was Location stuff done in comparison to the Audience shoot in Years past ?

overall i liked it. as already said the couple of plotholes were slightly annoying ( why was wilf so special) and i guess RTD did not answer the question about ” the woman ” to keep us talking.

the last 20 minutes were slightly what i had expected from the last RTD who but i enjoyed it. and i wont judge matt smith untill i have seen a few episodes of him first, but looks promising.

and i guess the door is always left open for ten to appear again(sort of)as he is living happily ever after with rose in the parallel world,and the 50th anniversary is not that far away.

actually i have answered it by asking it .. i was going to say are all the masters just humans in the masters likeness or are they all time lord masters but considering at this point the human race does not exist then that pretty much answers itself.

Thought it was a great episode. as others have said more of a build up to next week but still very good. I think we may get a nice story telling of what happend in the time war, how the doctor killed all the time lords and will have to be punished.(again)
but maybe that is what they want us to think.

should be fun finding out.

getting back to “the man with the ‘H’ on his head” it does seem pretty likely that it is the original rimmer, the series viii rimmer could have been told about the squid encounter but was not actually there so he would have said ” the squid we encounterd “

if they do any new episodes would be interesting to find out how he managed to get out of fulfilling his destiny and being ace . he was probably the one to break the chain after all.
